For this Masters Architecture studio CSRR challenged students to think about community garden design as a design for a series of physical activities such as digging, pruning, weeding, planting and harvesting. This concept drawing package for the North Perth Community Garden evidences the impact of CSRR’s engagement in the educational program. The final design by students Tuan Ngo and Rhiannon Carter, with support from lecturer and Architect Katherine Ashe and tutor and Landscape Architect Pip Munckton shows a garden and structure designed to be built and maintained, and actively enjoyed by the community garden members.
