Between 2008 and 2012 a cross cultural awareness course was scoped, developed, culturally endorsed, and delivered with significant effect to approximately 70% of the operational workforce at the MMG Golden Grove operation. This preliminary scoping project was focussed on capturing the myriad unforseen outcomes arising from the experiential on country component of the program in particular, and in establishing a case for the value in a more detailed examination of such outcomes and the relationships in which they are embedded.
